Manish Sood, Founder & CEO

Manish Sood is the Founder & CEO of Messagemind, Inc. He is responsible for the vision and direction of Messagemind’s customer–focused innovation and product development.
He holds multiple patents on adaptive user based prioritization, display of electronic messages, communication effectiveness measurement, collaboration analytics and social network mapping from electronic communications. Under his leadership, Messagemind has been awarded as one of the “Top 50 CEO Showcase” companies, among the AlwaysOn Global 250 companies.
Prior to founding Messagemind, he was CEO of Business Instruments Corp – a leading information technology services company in New York serving large enterprise and government customers. Messagemind was incubated and spun off from Business Instruments.
He has, in the past, held several management positions in the sales, marketing, corporate development, R&D, product development and operations of multi–nationals involved with technology products and services.
His previous experience included advising information technology solutions to clients including Guardian Life Insurance, JPM Chase, Bear Stearns, Kraft Foods, Kyocera Mita, New York City Police Department (NYPD), Dept. of Information Technology & Telecommunications (DoITT), Dept. of Transportation (DOT), Dept. of Education (DOE), among others.
Manish holds an Executive MS in Technology Management (EMTM) from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ.
Alain Oberrotman, Co-Founder & Director

Alain is the Co-Founder & Director at Messagemind. He is responsible for key client relationships, corporate development, alliances, recruiting and scaling the business.
Alain has more than 25 years’ business experience serving in various positions in management, consulting and private equity. He has served as an observer or director on more than 15 Boards of Directors for small and large firms both public and private including participation on board committees.
Previous positions held include Worldwide Controller for McKinsey & Co. and as Principal for venture capital firm Hambro International Equity Partners and hedge fund Odyssey Partners, L.P.; and managed enterprise ERP and business intelligence system implementations at Deloitte.
He received cum laude degrees from the Universities of Chicago (MBA) & Illinois (BS). He was an adjunct professor at the NYU Graduate School of Business. He also served as a Director and President of the NYC chapter of Financial Executives International, an organization representing senior financial executives.
Joseph E. Kaidanow, Director – Strategy

Joseph E. Kaidanow is a Director – Strategy at Messagemind. He advises on business growth planning, strategic client accounts, partnerships and investor relations.
Joseph E. Kaidanow, Esq., has been an entrepreneur, investor and senior operating officer in multiple businesses and industries.
Kaidanow has consulted for a wide variety of companies including: The Blackstone Group, Wasserstein Perella, United Technologies, Collins and Aikman, Bsaics Inc., Health-Tex, Chesebrough-Ponds, K-Mart, Builder’s Emporium, Ames Department Stores, Pergament, and Value City Department Stores.
Prior to his current ventures, Kaidanow was Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and eventually a principal of HQ Business Centers. At HQ, Kaidanow was a senior member of the management team that quickly grew the company into a national chain of franchised and company owned executive office centers. He represented the company during its acquisition by United Technologies and was part of the group that eventually acquired the company in a leveraged buy-out from United Technologies.
Kaidanow was an attorney with the law firm Reimer & Braunstein in Boston, Massachusetts.
Kaidanow received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester and his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. Kaidanow is admitted to the bars of Massachusetts, New York and California.
Michael J. Sher, Strategic Advisor

Michael Sher is a strategic advisor for Messagemind. He helps the CEO set direction on overall strategy and development of enterprise sales, marketing and business development initiatives.
Michael a seasoned business development executive with a 21 year proven track record in developing and leading multimillion-dollar revenue generation through his expertise in short and long term customer and prospective customer relationship building.
Throughout the years, he has built longstanding relationships with Global 2000 and large Federal, State and Municipal agencies and his customers included enterprises, Local, State and Federal government agencies.
Michael most recently served as co-founder of Send Word Now where he helped build the company to over 5,000 accounts including many leading corporations across multiple industries.
Prior to Send Word Now, Michael was SVP of Sales and Business Development at iPIX (Internet Pictures Corporation) where he sold million-dollar transactions helping the company grow to $20M in sales within 3 years. Michael helped revolutionize home sales via the first online virtual home tours and helped grow the company to a $2B valuation and IPO.
Dr. Daniel Zweidler, Technology Advisor

Dr. Daniel Zweidler is a technology advisor focusing on product and market development at Messagemind.
Daniel Zweidler is a Global Technology Innovation Leader who is known as a Futurist and a Champion of Open Innovation and Co-Creation. Dr. Zweidler helps energy and health care organizations make better investment decisions by blending portfolio optimization and scenario planning techniques. He has an exceptional ability to bridge cross-cultural, multi-national differences in collaborative team environments as a result of a career that spans 20+ countries across six continents and his multi-lingual fluency.
Dr. Zweidler is currently a Senior Fellow at the Mack Center for Technological Innovation and is President of Daniel Zweidler & Associates, a boutique management-consulting firm. Prior to that, Dr. Zweidler was SVP & Head at Merck in two areas, Portfolio Management/Global Scientific Strategy and Research Planning and Integration. He previously had been at Royal Dutch Shell, where he worked in both the US and the Netherlands, holding diverse roles such as Head (Global Exploration Planning & Portfolio), Exploration Planning and Portfolio Manager, and Senior Exploration Consultant, after starting with the firm as an Exploration Geologist.
Dr. Zweidler studied at Université de Neuchâtel in Switzerland, where he received both his master’s and his doctorate in geology. He lectured extensively on the subject of strategic thinking and portfolio optimization as part of Shell’s executive education program at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. Dr. Zweidler has presented numerous papers in both academic and industry settings, and co-authored the foundational paper on Probability Management in OR/MS Today. He is a member of the Long Now Foundation, the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences, and the Swiss Geological Society. He also served as president of the Swiss American Society of New Orleans between 1997 and 2000.
