With Messagemind, customer data is secure and fully protected. Messagemind technology offers stringent controls to meet EU privacy requirements and other country-specific polices. Customer administrators can easily set group-level privacy settings that are automatically pushed down to respective users. Messagemind uses Active Directory authentication, encrypted communication between client and server using customer’s security certificate, among many other privacy and security best practices.
