DASHBOARD is intelligent software that automatically gathers email behavior data in the background as the users work on their email, as well as it also extracts intelligence from the email traffic. The data is fed to a data warehouse reporting and analysis engine to provide patent-pending metrics and customized reporting of individual and group work behavior, productivity levels and collaboration trends.

Following are sample DASHBOARD analytics and reports:

  • Productivity Index

    Measures employee productivity trends on a scale of 1 to 100. Higher scores indicate that email-response activity is well aligned with company priorities and best practices. This report provides a mechanism to benchmark performance following productivity initiatives.

  • Top Senders

    Identifies your top senders and whether their emails are promptly answered. For example, the top senders for the sales department should be their “A list” customers.

  • Top Recipients

    Analyzes how individuals and teams are communicating around specific projects or areas of expertise. It helps to pro-actively identify communication breakdowns and bottlenecks.

  • Top Threads

    Provides insight as to how workforce time is spent. The reports can reveal, for example, whether a rise in email volume with customers is due to increased orders or a surge in customer complaints.

  • Workforce Behavior

    Measures the volume trends related to how important email is read and responded to. The report also measures activity trends related to important and unimportant email and can pinpoint employee training needs.
