Messagemind’s technology, developed on Microsoft® .NET architecture and best practices has been tested and meets Microsoft’s standards to work with their desktop and server environment (Microsoft Gold Certified Partner). The software can be centrally and securely hosted in a customer’s data center or a third-party managed facility.
Security and privacy:
Messagemind™ offers stringent controls to meet EU and other country-based privacy laws and company policies. Customer data is fully protected and resides behind its company’s firewall (in on-premise implementation). Customer administrators can easily set group-level privacy policies, define user-based access control, organization tree hierarchy, active directory integration and communication and data encryption, among many other security controls and best practices.
No risk to messaging server infrastructure:
Messagemind’s technology does not require connection to MS Exchange® or BlackBerry® servers, and there is no down-side impact to the messaging server infrastructure.
Low impact on Outlook:
Messagemind subtly adds views and categories in MS Outlook’s user interface. It does not change MS Outlook® settings, folder rules or how email are received and sent. Users can continue to use Inbox, Subfolders or Sent Items. The architecture results in efficient performance on the client side (minimum impact on MS Outlook’s performance); this is achieved by offloading complex data analysis and reporting on the server side.
Low administration costs:
The company’s administrators can easily add and configure users, groups and access rights. The customer-approved updates and patches can be easily rolled out from a web server hosted in the customer’s environment. With pro-active monitoring on the server side, client-side problems can be quickly identified and addressed, resulting in low administration and maintenance costs.
Low training costs:
Software is intuitive and easy to use. Working in Outlook, there is no need to learn a new user interface.
Flexibility:
Messagemind servers can be hosted regardless of location, and can be rolled out to global offices. It is also agnostic to messaging servers hosted in-house or at a third-party data center.
Easy integration with other IT applications:
Messagemind easily integrates with MS SharePoint®, Active Directory, LDAP, and many other collaboration, CRM and HR applications. Consulting services are provided as required by customers.
Flexible implementation:
Customers can start rolling out software in stages, beginning with a 50-100 user implementation. Initial set-up and implementation can be completed within a few days. Additional users and modules can easily be added on demand.

There is no data migration time wasted when users switch to a new machine. Individual user’s algorithms are automatically backed up on servers. There is no time lost in retraining the algorithms if a machine’s hard disk crashes or is lost.
